Notice from ICBC: Remember, if you fail to attend a road
test appointment booked on your behalf without providing either
at least 48 hours notice of cancellation to ICBC, or a reason
for your failure to attend that is satisfactory to ICBC, you
will be charged a $25 fee for each missed
test at your next road test appointment. This $25 fee is in
addition to the usual road test fees.
Cancellation of driving lesson: A $25 fee will be charged
for a missed appointment without 24 hours notice.
What you will need on Road Test Day:
First level Road Test Class 7 Road test (to
get your "N")
1) Learners License
2) Secondary identification - e.g. Birth certificate, care
card or student card
Fees to be paid by student to ICBC
3) $35 Class 7 Road Test fee (to take your "N"
road test)
4) $75 for license fee (5 year license)
total= $110 (ICBC will accept cash, debit)
5) Drivers log if GLP student. Complete with minimum of 60
hours driving.
Second level road test Class 5 road test
(to get rid of your "N")
Drivers licence and secondary primary ID
- $50 Class 5 Road Test fee plus $17 for new photo
Students do not require a parent to be present at the time
of road test.
Students will be picked up and returned home/school after
road test. All driving school fees must be paid prior to road
test.
